History

Malverns was founded in 1975 by Ann Sturgis. Originally based in Cromwell Mews and focused on the prime London lettings market, the company grew and opened additional offices in Regents Park and Fulham.

In the late 1970’s Ann decided to consolidate the business to one office in order to provide clients with the best possible service, and relocated to its present location in Malvern Court. In the 1990’s, due to demand from our landlords a sales department was added to the organisation and more recently we extended our services by introducing a competitive acquisitions side to help grow landlords portfolios.
