Meet The Team

Ann Sturgis - Director

Ann founded Malverns in 1975 and has extensive knowledge of sales and lettings in prime London locations. Whilst she still plays an active role in the day to day running of the business, she is in the office twice a week, normally on Wednesdays and Thursdays.  When she is not in the office  Ann spends time in the countryside overseeing a horticultural landscaping and planting project.

Claire Sandford - Property Manager - Director

Claire started her property career in 1990 at Boyle & Co. in South Kensington managing blocks of flats.  She moved to Malverns in 1997 to concentrate on the management of furnished lettings and has remained a specialist in this role ever since, developing a deep knowledge of both the subject and the area.  She  has run Malverns’ management department for several years and was made a director of the company in 2011.

Ria Geerling - Head of Lettings

Ria has over 20 years experience in the London lettings market, concentrating on Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Mayfair.  A fellow of ARLA, she joined Malverns in January 2012 and taken on the role of Head of Lettings.  Loves travelling, ballet and is a patron of the finer restaurants of London.

Joanna Piotrowska - Lettings Negotiator

Joanna has worked in the property industry since 1984 gaining a wealth of experience in a variety of property companies based in Kensington and Chelsea and the surrounding boroughs along the way. She joined Malverns as a lettings negotiator in 2004.  Jo is a member of ARLA.

Joanna is a keen walker and has a dog called Lily.

Peter Hutchins - Head of Sales

Peter has over 25 years experience in the Central and South West London property markets having worked in sales, relocation and development. His passion for property and people remains undiminished and delights in exceeding clients expectation.Peter enjoys the culture and diversity of London and the tranquility of the countryside.

Alfie

Alfie is the Garfield of the dog world and keeps the office in order. He will always give you a warm welcome and even warmer if you have food!!
